Easily the best car buy experience I've ever had. Todd and Chad made the process simple and transparent. I was out the door with my new Tiguan in 2 1/2 hours after showing up -- for the FIRST time. I bought a 2021 Tiguan and am thrilled with it! Working with Lauren was pleasant. She answered all of the questions my wife and I had and did everything she could to get us a great deal. However, working with Dale in finance was awkward and uncomfortable. Although he’s very knowledgeable about warranties, he was pushy and made it feel as though a warranty wasn’t optional. Gregg Nelson was my sales associate. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was up front and honest throughout the process and made it very easy to get a deal done. I went in thinking it would take forever to get everything completed, but I was in and out within a few hours, including the test drive and all of the paperwork. When Ken Garff lack in service you took that step up and made sure that the car was in better shape than what it came in as. Runs a lot better now than it has in the last few weeks. Friendly people I will give them that and some of the sales people did say hello, I expected them to be pushy. It the way a business should be when you need something done, Makes me love Volkswagen more and more.

Gregg Nelson very pleasant salesman. He was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. We breezed through all the paperwork in no time and were in and out with a cash deal in about 50 minutes. Got a great deal thanks to him and the sales manager. Brian the finance guy very high-tech and no pressure. He made the finance paperwork a breeze as well and was personable.
Outstanding customer service
I bought a Jetta here a while ago and it has been reliable. The price is the price on their used cars but it was a fair deal for a quality car that they did do some required maintenance on. I can’t remember the salesman’s name but he was honest about what he could and could not do which you’ve got to respect.
We worked with Lester to purchase a new Jetta. He was helpful, friendly, and patient! Once we made our decision, the actual process of buying the car took about 30 minutes. Everything was smooth and easy!
I not only got my car at a great deal but Chapman in Scottsdale has service techs that deserve serious recognition! They always help me get a the best service deals, too. Never have to worry about being ripped off. Thank you for all your help!

Both Ethan (Parts department) and Manny (Service department) were both courteous and professional, and timely addressed the issues surrounding my vehicle (new battery and replacement of key fob). Brought in a user car I was considering to purchase for a "pre-purchase" check. They were very friendly and completed a comprehensive review in about 90 minutes (they estimated 90 minutes, so right on time). Ty was very friendly and familiar with the place I was buying the car from. I ended up buying the car, and Chapman will be my regular "go to" place.
