They do zero maintenance on their cars before they sell them to you. I just bought my car seven months ago. I’ve had to jumpstart my battery three times already I just called they haven’t replaced or did any maintenance on the car since 2021 to me that’s unacceptable since this car has been up for sale for the longest just be aware to ask questions about maintenance issues before purchasing from them. Don’t allow these dealerships to sell you a dream.
This is a great and efficient dealership. They are always extremely friendly and helpful, and I rarely have to wait for service, even if I arrive earlier than my actual appointment time. It's also a pleasant, bright, and clean environment to wait in. I brought my work with me and had no problem. I always have a 10/10 experience at Chapman VW in Scottsdale.
Ty in the service department is excellent and very communicative. Roland was also so helpful and helped me get my new Jetta! Everyone who works there is so friendly- highly recommend!

Minor issues that wouldn’t prevent me from returning. Dropped off the car on a Tuesday and told about 48 hrs before diagnostics. So I expected to hear something on Friday but never did. Eventually heard back on that following Monday. I was not offered a loaner. But in fairness, I didn’t ask for one. Mainly because I suspected an easy fix and would have my car in 3 days, not 6. We had a really great experience here! I had my heart set on a Toyota RAV4 and I saw online that Chapman VW had a used one, so we drove down there from Surprise to check it out. Purchase a used vehicle from Chapman VW Scottsdale and worked with David. He helped get me into a car that had just came in on trade. Took a couple days to get the car inspected and detailed, and when the car came out there was still a bit of cleaning to do. David agreed and provided a certificate for me to come in for another detailing anytime in the future. All papers were completed online, which saved a ton of time. Great process, David did great, shop with confidence.

I usually don’t have great experiences when it comes to the service departments at dealerships. But, Dylan and the service manager here were so awesome and fixed my car right up. Also, got lucky enough to get a loaner vehicle. Dealerships need more loaners as it’s usually near impossible to get one if you’re needing work done on your car. I drive from Queen Creek to Scottsdale to get all the work done on my car here. They’re always so nice and I appreciate that! Thank you for the great service!
