Easily the best car buy experience I've ever had. Todd and Chad made the process simple and transparent. I was out the door with my new Tiguan in 2 1/2 hours after showing up -- for the FIRST time. Buying a car here was almost too easy! They gave us such an amazing deal I never even had a chance to play the negotiation game. I had done extensive research on cars/pricing for the past 2 months and within an hour of walking in the door they beat the low number I threw out (assuming it was unrealistic) just to start the haggling back and forth dance. Highly recommend working with Lester! Paperwork took less than 30 minutes too. This is actually the second car we got from this particular dealership in the past 12 months-last December we bought a used 2017 Passat, which has been a dream, and now we just got a new Wolfsburg Tiguan.

Best in class service department. Scheduled the Quick Lube service for the Jetta and was in and out in just over an hour. Car returned washed & detailed - clean, quality dealership.

Gregg Nelson was my sales associate. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was up front and honest throughout the process and made it very easy to get a deal done. I went in thinking it would take forever to get everything completed, but I was in and out within a few hours, including the test drive and all of the paperwork.
