The next time I buy a car, it WILL be from Chapman. I just needed a recall & software update done for a used car I purchased recently (from a private seller, mind you), & I had initially called another dealership that was closer to my area (16th St + Camelback area). The customer "service" @ that place was immediately horrible so I decided to read some reviews, ask around, & try again! Best decision, because - Chapman was clearly the Best option .. & the service I received was instantly & consistently top-notch. A night & day difference from their competitors!! Bravo and 10s across the board for Chapman -- you guys treated me like a VIP the entire time. Your staff was friendly & helpful, knowledgeable, genuine, caring, patience & thoughtful. (& I personally work in customer services myself so my standards are high, to say the least -- but..) you guys continued to impress me every step of the way.

Pulled in around 330pm to get an oil change. Manny was quick to come out and greet me. I had not been to this service department before and he got everything set up in the system and then walked me to the waiting area. They had the oils change done relatively quickly and I was on my way! The only complaint I have was they forgot to reset my oil change timer in the car but super easy to do myself. Ill be back to he next time I need service.

Austin was very helpful in purchasing a used car. Finance was extremely easy and didn’t make you feel like an idiot purchasing the maintenance plans or anything extra. Other dealers I’ve dealt with make you feel like you are committing a crime by not making your monthly payments jump at the end. Highly recommend this dealer to anyone.
